1. Membership

CHIMERA GLOBAL CLUB is a paid membership platform providing access to a global entrepreneurial ecosystem, including sector content, community access, networking opportunities, and related digital resources. Membership is billed at $20.00 per month on a recurring basis, processed securely via PayFast.

2. Billing & Recurring Payments

By subscribing, you authorize CHIMERA GLOBAL CLUB to charge your chosen payment method $20.00 every month until you cancel your membership. Your billing date is set from the day you first subscribe.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your membership at any time from your member dashboard, or by contacting us at the email address below. Cancellation stops all future billing. You will continue to have access to your membership benefits until the end of the billing period you have already paid for — we do not cut off access immediately on cancellation.

4. Refund Policy

Membership fees are billed monthly in advance and are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, as access to the platform is granted immediately upon payment.

If you believe you were charged in error, or experienced a technical issue that prevented you from accessing your membership, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case individually. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

5. Changes to Membership Pricing

We may adjust membership pricing from time to time. Existing members will be given at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change takes effect, and may cancel before the new price applies.

6. Account Use

Membership accounts are for individual use and may not be shared. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these terms, engaging in fraudulent activity, or misusing the platform.
